Business Central Consultant (with Power Platform & Azure Knowledge)
Location: Remote/Hybrid/Onsite (as per company requirements)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant with over 5 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement Business Central solutions while ensuring seamless integrations and automation using Azure services and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Central Consulting & Development:
- Implement and configure Business Central for financial management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and customize Business Central solutions using AL language.
- Build custom tables, pages, reports, and workflows in Business Central.
- Integrate Business Central with Power Platform, Azure, and other third-party applications.
- Perform data migration and integration using Business Central APIs and web services.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Business Central solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within Business Central.
Power Platform Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps that integrate with Business Central.
- Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate (including approvals, triggers, and custom actions) to enhance Business Central functionalities.
- Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization of Business Central data.
Azure Integration & Cloud Expertise:
- Develop and manage Azure-based integrations with Business Central.
- Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management for automation and integration with Business Central.
- Implement security best practices using Azure Active Directory (AAD).
- Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for Business Central solutions.
- Optimize and monitor performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, supply chain management, and financial processes.
- Experience in training users, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support for Business Central solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data connectors.
- Understanding of AI Builder and automation within Power Platform for Business Central.
