We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a background in working with consultancies or directly assisting talent acquisition teams in reputable IT companies. This role offers a hybrid work mode, combining remote work and in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
- Partner with HR and department heads to streamline the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in IT Sector (either in-house, consultancy, or a combination of both).
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
