About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Developer Lead to join our growing U.S. team. This role goes beyond hands-on development: you will guide solution design, lead and mentor a team of developers, and make sure what we build is scalable, maintainable and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and delivery of solutions across Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL), Azure and the Power Platform.
Mentor, coach and review the work of developers, setting standards for code quality and best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates and development plans.
Own solution development end to end, including customizations, extensions, data migration and system integrations.
Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Azure services.
Drive code reviews, testing, CI/CD and release practices with Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and keep systems stable and performant.
Work with project managers, consultants and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, estimations and daily stand-ups.
Document technical designs, workflows and architecture decisions clearly.
Keep up with new Microsoft platform capabilities and bring them to our teams and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on development experience on Microsoft technologies, with prior experience leading or mentoring a team.

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development using AL, including extensions and upgrades.

Working knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).

Experience with system integrations, APIs and data migration.

Solid understanding of SQL and database management.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Microsoft certifications in Business Central, Azure or related technologies are a plus.

Interest in growing toward a Solution or Technical Architect role.
