Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and clients to understand business requirements and recommend the right Microsoft solutions across Azure, DevOps and Business Central.
• Support pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, solution demos, estimates, proposals and statements of work.
• Translate business needs into clear project scope, timelines, milestones and delivery plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft projects, from kickoff and planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies and change requests, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
• Coordinate developers, consultants and functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.
• Oversee Azure and DevOps delivery practices, including CI/CD, environment management and release planning.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status reports and governance, and ensure smooth handover to support teams.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to extend our engagement.
